I guess that’s what four years of turning up every day, putting in the work and never giving up gets you.

While curation is still a big deal for the majority of writers on this platform, myself included, I think there is also a lot to be said for self-promotion as well.

Like, comment, clap, share, highlight, retweet and build connections with your audience/potential readers.

By working on your craft every day, exercising patience and playing the long game ‘success' will eventually be achieved.

And who knows one day we may also be lucky enough to hit that 74k mark and enjoy writing on Medium without the need for curation.
