Any time I’ve been going through a rough patch in life I’ve found exercise has worked wonders for taking my mind off things and help m slowly push through the tough times.

I’d go boxing training or go lift some weights, something where I can redirect that negative energy into something positive.

It feels good to let out your aggression on the heavy bad or blast some hard rock music through your ear pods and lift some weights.

Exercise won’t magically fix things overnight, but over time you will slowly begin to feel like your self again or maybe even better, a new and improved version of yourself.
