At the beginning of the week, usually a Sunday evening or Monday morning, I like to pull out my pocket diary and fill it in for the week ahead.
I put in it which workouts I will do and on which days.
My daily writing and Medium goals.
And any other appointments/tasks i wish to achieve that week.
Then I set about ticking them off the list each day.
Having my goals written down for me to see each day helps me to actually get them done.
