Be So Busy Getting Better That You Haven’t Got Time For Haters

No matter what you do in life there are always going to be people who either don’t agree with you, want to see you fail or worse, go out of their way to bring you down.

We call these last two types haters.

Haters come in various forms. They can be your ‘friends’ (in disguise), enemies, co-workers or even people you’ve never met before.

They are the type to talk behind your back but smile to your face. Belittle your efforts as you aim for success. Secretly hope for your demise. And in some cases, straight-up attack, abuse and try to break you until you give up — this can most commonly be seen online by keyboard warriors as they do their utmost to make themselves feel better about their own lives.

Being on the end of such harassment can be a stressful and traumatic experience. Especially as most of the time, the torment is unjust. However, there is a way of dealing with these situations that will work heavily in your favour.

Be so busy getting better that you haven’t got time for haters.
