The world is full of terror. Evil people committing horrible acts every single day. Or at least that's what the media would lead you to believe.

It seems everywhere you look we are being told how bad things are and how terrible the world is. The T.V, radio, newspapers, magazines and social media all make a tidy profit spreading bad news around the world. But guess what, it’s not all doom and gloom.

And how do you know this I hear you say?

Well, you only have to look around as you go about your day to day life to see that the majority of people are good, honest, loving people who are just wanting to get on with their lives in peace and harmony.

People who are just like you and me. Who love to laugh and smile. Spend time with their friends and family. And are willing to help a person in need.

Take for example this heartwarming and inspiring article I read today — ‘A little act of kindness’

As I caught up on the local news — as I do most mornings with my cup of coffee — this story caught my eye. And I’d be lying if I said it didn’t bring a huge, goofy looking, smile to my face.

It is one of those stories that really inspires you to become a better version of yourself. Reminding you that there are good people out there and that you yourself could always do that little bit extra to make the world a better place.
