Interacting with the other members of Medium and building a community is the fastest way to increase those follower numbers, get more eyes on your writing and also the best way to improve on your skills.

Highlighting, clapping and responding to other peoples work is a great first step in making friends here on Medium.

Another suggestion would be to join one of the many Facebook groups that are on offer.

These are a great way to get to know the other memebrs of Medium, learn from them and of course supoort each other.
