Hey Fred, happy memorial day to you and everyone in the states.

It is a time to reflect and honour those that have fought for all of our countries and appreciate all that they have done for us.

And what better way to honour what they fought for than following in their mindset.

A mindset of bravery, fearlessness and persistence.

There will have been times when those men and women didn’t want to get up and fight, but they did.

They are a prime example of how the right mindset can achieve incredible things.
