I love when I get responses like this, it’s good to know people like you take some value from my work, thank you.

It can get very frustrating trying to grow your Medium profile. You put in so much work and feel like you’re getting nowhere, but you are. It just takes time to fully notice it.

I would suggest taking your focus away from the numbers and stats of your work/profile and concentrate on creating as much great writing as you can and publishing as often as you can.

There are times when my work receives 40 claps and little reads and there are others that hit the 400 marks and everyone loves, we never can tell which is going to be a good piece.

As soon as you write and publish one piece move on to the next and don’t worry too much about the performance, there isn’t much you can do to control it anyways.

Play the long game, edging closer and closer to your goals every day :)
