I have been following in your footsteps and writing down my weekly goals. I sat down on Sunday evening and planned out the week ahead, it certainly helps to see everythig written down in front of you.
I think by making each task a part of your daily routine then it makes it easier to build good habits and move in the right direction towards achieving each goal set.
