Medium is a great place to grow as a writer, larn from other great writers and build an audience.

A great place to start in becoming part of the Medium community would be to join some of the Medium Facebook groups.

There you will find hundreds of other Medium members who can help you grow and learn more about the platform.

You can also share your recent articles on daily threads. Its a good way to get eyes on your work, but don't forget to return the favour and read, clap and comment on other peoples articles which they share.

Just give them a search on Facebook. There are many more but these are good ones to get you started.
