When I’m sat with my feet up, Netflix (or whatever) playing in the background and scrolling through my phone interacting etc. on social meida or Medium for example I don’t see this as work.

But, that’s just me.

So perhaps a better way to have put it would be as you suggested, ‘go lighter’ days.
