I believe that waking up early is good for some and not for others.

I tried the whole waking up at 5.30am thing, getting some work done before everyone else was awke etc. and it just wasn’t for me.

Yea I got a head start on the day but by late afternoon I was done.

My focus dropped and my motivation for the day disappeared.

Personally, I’m most productive in the evenings, that just want works for me.

For those who don’t already wake up early, I would definitely recommend trying it for at least a month.

It works for many people, it just wasn’t for me.
