I can see the value in sharing with people who perhaps share similar goals to you as they can help motivate you etc.

But what about when your friends/family don’t share the same interests as you? When trying to explain your ideas to them is more frustrating than helpful due to the fact they can’t see a clear path to success like you can?

That’s why I’ve kept my writing goals to myself this time.

As for accountability. I’m a firm believer in holding yourself accountable for your own success.

No one is gonna do the work for you so if you want to achieve your goals it’s up to you.
