I’ve submitted work to some of the other big publications in the past, and while some pieces did get accepted and published, there were times when it took weeks to hear anything back.

A lot of the times upon having a piece rejected I’d hear nothing back and just have to assume I wasn’t accepted.

To me, Illumination is where it’s at.

I feel much more at home here and that’s not just because my work gets published.

The Illumination team and community are the best.
