I do this too, I love to people watch.

One of my favourite past-times used to be to find a bar that has an outdoor seating area, preferably one that is one the street in the city, and just watch people go about their lives as I had a beer or two.

Sydney was great for this, I’d finish up work, go to the bar and while I waited for others to join me I’d watch the world go by.

It’s amazing what you can spot when you just look up from your ‘hopeless little screen’ every once in a while.
