I had never thought about those who are only here to read and not write or join the partnership program.

It could be the reason some lower read pieces earn more than those that attract a lot of reads.

Personally I have no idea how it all works, I gave up trying to figure it out years ago because I could see no apparent pattern.

If you are correct, now we have to find a way to market our writing towards readers more than those that write 🤔.
