I think there comes a certain point when replying to everyone’s comments just becomes unachievable, as highlighted in the amount of time it would take Shannon to work through her comments received.

I receive and email each time someone responds to one of my pieces, as I’m sure everyone else does too.

Everyday few days I’ll go through these emails and reply to the comments I’ve recieved.

It can be time consuming but I ain’t getting the numbers that someone like Shannon is getting, so for now it is achievable for me.

When I leave a comment i don’t expect a reply.

I don’t think there is any obligation for a writer to respond to comments, it’s up to them if they want to.

Everyone has a different approach in how they like to do things and there is no one correct way.
