I too would be considered a night owl.
I find it’s the best time of the day for me to get some quiet time — when the kids and my partner have gone to bed — to work on various projects/goals I’ve set myself.
Luckily enough though I still manage to get my seven/eight hours sleep each night which has me fresh and ready to take on the day ahead.
I believe if you get enough sleep then that’s all that matters.
Listen to your body, you know if you’re getting enough rest if you’re not, then do what is required to remedy the issue.
Your health should always come first.
