I was in curation jail for months and months but I managed to break free 😂.

In the past I published all my stuff to my own publication, but when I decided to submit work to some of the bigger publications (not the Medium owned ones) I finally had a piece curated.

I believe that perhaps my publication is in curation prison and not actually me.

If you are still experiencing a lack of curation from Medium I would suggest you deep a deep breath and conquer your fear of submitting work to publications (over dramatic sentence I know 😂)

My theory is that Medium is using the larger, more popular publications to help them with curation selection, as I’m sure they are inundated with daily submissions.

Just my theory going off of my own experiences.
