I would say that a lot of the writers on here are also in the same boat as you in that money is not their motivation.

I would even hazard a guess and say that some of the big names on Medium aren’t focused on money as a number one priority.

But instead are more motivated by producing a higher quality of work, be constantly improving and growing audience.

Hainv passion for what you do in life important, you have to want to do something and want to get better at it.

Money is just a byproduct of hard work, determination and never giving up.
