Nowadays, it’s almost considered cliché to write self-help articles and talk about positive mindset hacks. After all, we’ve probably already heard most of what has to be said and read heaps of the same content, over and over again, addressing the topic.

However, every time I sit down to write the first thing that comes to mind — unless I’ve been inspired by something else that day — is just that, positive mindset techniques or self-help advice.

But the reason I’m drawn towards writing these types of articles isn’t because it attracts people’s attention, grabs a few likes and in some cases, can earn the writer a pretty penny — I certainly do not earn a pretty penny (or even an ugly one at that).

No, the reason I like to share positive mindset content is because I use this stuff every day and it plays a big part in my life.

For example;

  • When I’m at the gym or on a hike there are times when my body wants to quit and I use positive mindset techniques to help push me through until the end.
  • Or when the kids are having one of those days. Running around like maniacs, screaming and shouting and acting…
