I’m with you on this one. I don't think morning routines are worth stressing over.
If you’re a morning person and it works for you, great! If not find another way to achieve all the goals you have set for yourself.
I do agree with Tara Pringle Jefferson’s comment on doing one thing each morning that centres me. I actually published a piece recently which is based on the same principle, check it out Here, I’d love to hear your thoughts on it 😊.
