It can be very frustrating when reality does not meet your expectations.

The best thing to do is to lower your expectations or have none at all, and just write for the love of writing.

But, that’s easier said than done!

So, all we can do, as you mentioned above, is just keep on trying and trying again.

Doing our best not to let the low performance of certain pieces get us down.
