I’ve also been treating myself to power naps as of late.
Though I don’t have mine during the day, instead, I have mine around 7pm.
As I work a full-time job I usually have to do most of my writing etc in the evening.
But after a long day or working and tending to family responsibilities when it came time to write my mind wasn’t always firing on all cylinders.
That was until I introduced power naps.
Now, when I put my two-year-old son to bed, around 7 pm, I lay beside him and have a power nap as he falls asleep.
I too only sleep between 10–15mins but the energy boost as a result of this little sleep is unreal and definitely helps keep me focused when it comes time to write.
