I’ve been writing on Medium for a while now and have received hundreds of ‘Not Distributed in Topics' notifications.

In the grand scheme of things, they don’t mean a lot, so never allow yourself to become disheartened by them.

In fact, only a few days ago I had a piece triple curated in topics and it isn’t performing very well.

To get the most out of Medium I suggest you engage with other writers — read, clap, comment & share their work — and write as often as possible.

But most of all use Medium as a place to have fun.

Remove all expectations and just enjoy the act if writing.
