I’ve tried it all when trying to push through tough periods in the past.
Everything from being angry at the world to wallowing in self-pity and of course the destructive behaviour of not giving a shit.
I’ve found what works best for me is exercise and eating right.
Redirecting that built up frustration inside towards a workout instead really helped in calming my mind and body.
Everyone is different but if you’re going through a tough time why not give it a go?
Hit the gym, join a Zumba class, try some martial arts or simply just get out for a walk and get some fresh air.
Anything that gets you moving.
