Love this piece and couldn’t agree more.

It’s tough trying to grow on any platform and Medium is no different.

We all have similar goals of becoming better writers and achieving success so it only makes sense that we all support each other as much as possible.

Every little helps.

With every piece that I read, I’m sure to highlight and leave claps, even if it’s not my favourite ever piece I still like to acknowledge the author and give them support, writing is far from easy so we need to encourage each other as best we can.

I’ve also been trying to subscribe to more and more email lists as of late.

Nobody knows just how long any platform will be around for and it’s quite possible that you could lose all your followers and readers in the link if an eye.

At least with an email list, you can still keep in touch until the next big platform comes along .

Anyway, sorry for the long reply, that’s just my two cents.
