She sits and she watches with a gleam in her eye,
The little one playing, her little guy.

He runs and he jumps while screaming with glee,
She envisions his life and all he can be.

Always looking for things he can climb,
His nose is so snotty, a river of slime.

This miniature explorer, so brave and so fearless,
Mom one step behind ready to catch her dearest.

Her world is so full of happiness and joy,
Watching in awe, she marvels at her little boy.

The overwhelming love is second to none,
Her life is complete with her little son.

So if you have children embrace the madness and fun,
And always remember, do cherish your little one.

Thanks for reading! :)
