Self-motivation when you’re feeling tired and lazy.

What a week.

Busy, busy.

Busy at work and at home. It feels like I’ve hardly slept.

I’m sure you’ve had weeks just like it?

When even after a good 6-7 hours’ sleep it feels like you’ve had none.

You wanna sit down put your feet up and switch off.

Perhaps even have a nightcap.

But you’ve also set yourself goals that you wish to achieve.

Dreams of a better life.

Where you live life on your terms without a care in the world.

Those goals aren’t going to meet themselves now, are they?

“Maybe one night off is ok. I can always get back on track tomorrow.”

Yeah, heard that before.

You know what time it is. It’s time to;

Shut up and get on with it!”

We all have those days, nights, even weeks when we can’t be bothered.

When you wanna just quit.

“Is it even worth the hassle? Will I ever get to the level that I dream about?”
