How many times per day do you bite your tongue?

Suppress your emotions.

Stop yourself from exploding at someone and telling them to just, “Shut the f**k up!”

I bet if you’re truly honest, this happens on a regular basis.

Two, maybe three times daily?

But you keep your mouth shut, worried about offending someone.

About hurting their feelings.

Stop with the negativity.

So far on Medium, all I’ve seen is upbeat, open-minded, positive people. Which is one of the biggest attractions of this fantastic platform?

But that doesn’t stop us from running into the opposite in our day to day lives.

You know the type.

The world is a mess. Everything is doom and gloom. Nothing is ever good enough.

Poor me, poor me.

Those people.

They can be found almost everywhere.

Even if you’re one of the lucky ones, surrounded by the upbeat, glass-half-full type of friends, family and associates I'm sure you still know of these negative nellies?
