Some great points made. Its amazing how a small change in daily habits can affect how you feel.

I've been making sure to stay well hydrated lately, drinking 2-3 liters per day as well as taking multivitamins and trying to get better sleep. It's definitely improved my mood and energy levels throughout the day.
