Sometimes All You Need Is an External Boost of Motivation
Staying focused on your goals and remaining driven in life isn’t always easy. We all face highs and lows. Peaks and dips. But when the chips are down and enthusiasm levels are running on empty, it’s up to us to find a way to get back on track.
For me, the ups and downs occur more often than I’d like to admit. One moment I could be buzzing, hell-bent on achieving my goals, determined that nothing will stand in my way. The next, procrastination sets in, takes over, and even mustering a single thought about success is a struggle.
However, over the years I’ve learned to deal with such experiences and when the low times come a-knocking and motivation levels are scarce I know just how to give myself a much-needed shot of adrenaline and point myself back in the right direction.

Personally, I find strength in others. I love nothing more than indulging in success stories. Hearing how someone overcame adversity after hitting rock bottom and how they were able to build themselves back up, to me, is the most motivating thing in the world. And it’s for this reason YouTube plays…
