With all these expectations sometimes, it can be hard to forget why you started writing in the first place.
Because it’s fun.
I’m sure there was a time when you wrote without a care in the world.
When you would just sit down in front of a blank page or screen and let the words flow.
No worries about correct grammar, spelling or format.
Just allowing yourself to write.
But then you started putting your work out there for people to read.
You began to achieve small nuggets of success on platforms such as Medium and receiving positive feedback on your writing skills.
And that’s when things change.
