Sometimes Your Articles Just Won’t Hit

Not to worry. Forget about it and move on to the next one.

Not everything you write is gonna work.

There will be times when you go all out. Spend a few hours creating a masterpiece. Analyze every word, sentence and phrase. Find the perfect way to present your message. Get excited. Hit the publish button. Then, nothing. Nada. Not a single hit. Damn.

Then there are times when you take all of five minutes to sling a piece together and it performs like a beast. It just doesn’t make sense.

Writing and content creation is a funny ole game that can mess with your emotions if you let it.

So, when one of your well thought out articles doesn’t get the response you feel it deserves don’t let it get you down. Instead, take note of the results for future reference then forget about it and move on to the next one.

Life’s too short to be wasting time worrying about what didn’t quite go to plan. Keep moving forward, learning as you go and who knows, the next piece you write might go viral.
