Start Your Week off like a Boss!

It’s not always easy going back to work on a Monday after a weekend of downtime, relaxing with the family and switching off from the world.

Even after two days off, you can still feel tired, sluggish and unmotivated.

You may even have thoughts of, “What’s the point?” or “Is this what life is really all about?

You could arrive to work grumpy, irritable and bad-tempered. Throwing evil eyes at anyone who dares try and spark up a conversion.

You could do that or you could decide to start your day on a more positive vibe.

You choose how your week will go.

It’s All in Your Head

Making a conscious decision to have a positive start to the week begins the moment you open your eyes.

Be aware of those negative thoughts that can creep in without you even noticing at times.

It’s a natural reaction to be a little grouchy after waking up but by being self-aware you can change that negative mindset in an instant.

Give yourself a pep talk;
