Setting goals to improve your lifestyle can be both thrilling and daunting.
At first, you get excited.
You can see yourself living the life of your dreams, answering to nobody, pursuing your passions and working every day towards the things that motivate you.
Then, you take a look at the journey and sacrifices required to achieve such a life and you kinda, uh, freak out!
Doubt floods your mind.
An overwhelming sea of emotions fills your soul and ultimately you give up before you’ve even got going.
However, even though it can come as a shock to the system when you sit down to decipher a route towards your goals, there really is no need to panic.
Because as with everything in life, if you can break the process up into small easy-to-manage steps, then reaching your goal really isn’t a big deal.
