Thanks for sharing this. I've also been having lower back pains recently and I think it's due to sitting down for too long at work and bad posture.

I train Muay Thai and with the lower back tightness it has me restricted in some movements.

I'm gonna try stretching before bed and hopefully it can help me as it has helped you 😁.
