That's fair enough and perhaps something i have not taken into account in this piece.
When I wrote this piece my focus was on working jobs that i was not fond of - even though I didn't mention myself specifically - in the beginning and how by trying to get better, even though I'd rather not be there, helped me tolerate and learn from the experience.
For the most part, I've never had any real run-ins with coworkers (at least nothing I couldn't handle) so it's why it never came to mind. I can only write from my own experiences after all. But having comments such as your own put forward is why we write such content in the first place, right?
We write to voice our opinions and share our experiences, then wait for feedback from others who see things in a different light and from that we learn.
