The Morning Routine That Has Me Motivated to Seize the Day

The small change that has made all the difference.

It’s well documented that the guys and girls at the top of their game, the elite, high performers, the ones who dominate this game called life, have regimental morning routines.

Routines that, for average Joes like me and possibly you, sound quite excessive, strange and downright bewildering.

Acts such as waking up at 4.00am to beat the sunrise — it’s not a race, the sun doesn’t even know it’s competing — to having a chat in the mirror about how great you are — or morning affirmations as some people call it.

I’m not hating on people, I just find some of their practices a little strange, but hey, they’re raking it in and I, well, I've got a bit to go before getting close to that level.

Personally, I never got into the whole morning ‘routine’ thing — or so I thought.

As mentioned in the piece below, I have never been much of a morning person.
