This happens to me all the time, mainly when it comes to my exercise and fitness routines.
I could be doing a sport or a particular type of workout style for months and then it slowly becomes boring.
I lose interest and end up slacking off.
But, I’ve learned the methods mention here and I go on search of something new.
Most times I end up coming back the original sport or workout — with more passion and energy — but this would not be the case had I not of tried something new and taken a break.
