Why Sunday Is Essential as You Work Towards Achieving Your Goals
Most people love to completely switch off when it comes to the weekend — and I’m definitely one of those people.
After the hustle ‘n’ bustle that comes with working a 9–5 — for many people, it’s much more than that — looking after the kids/family, running a home, keeping on top of your health and fitness — as best you can — and trying to work on your side hustle, the weekend is the only real time you get to rest, relax and recuperate.
So, it’s only natural that you wanna switch off from the world and not think about anything until Monday rolls around again.
Which is perfectly fine, we all need time to unwind.
And while it’s great to take a break from your Monday to Friday life it’s also wise to remember that in a few short days it begins all over again.
So, instead of waiting until Monday morning to get back in the swing of things — and let’s be honest, it’s usually more like Monday afternoon before you truly get going again — why not give yourself a running start to the week?
