Three different mindsets for three different situations.
Going from vacation mode back into work mode requires a new way of thinking (mindset), a different approach to the day from what has become the norm over the previous days/weeks.
A good way to readjust your thinking to align with a change in situation is to make use of external help. For me, I turn to online content.
For someone who is chronically depressed, they could also use external help in the way of a medical professional or other available methods, whatever works best for you.
Different techniques/methods/approaches work for different people. What I find beneficial may not be the same as what aids you in life.
It’s up to you to figure out what best suits your circumstances.
