It’s possible and easy to achieve.
Beep. Beep. Beep the dreaded sound of your alarm.
“Urgh, already? It feels like I only just went to sleep. I’m so tired”
Sound familiar?
Are you one of those people that always feel tired?
No matter what time you go to bed at, however many hours you get, you still wake up groggy and irritable.
This is common among people who work late — sit up all night writing for example — people who over train, not giving their body sufficient time to recover and parents of young children.
When you find yourself in this sleepy rut it can seem impossible to escape from.
You try everything.
Having an early night. Plans to catch up on some much needed shut eye over the weekend — which never happens — even a quick nap on your lunch break at work.
Nothing seems to work.
I guess this is just how things are going to be from now on.
Or is it?
